Pregnancy TYC guidelines 17 .1

 

Please read the TYC guidelines prior to attending pregnancy classes

This class is generally taught by Karen Waddicor-who trained in Sydney. Pregnancy classes are designed for women who are 12-15 weeks into their pregnancy (unless the are an experienced practitioners)

And the Mums and babies class is suitable for babies until they are too mobile for Mum to be able to stay in one place and enjoy her yoga class.
