Karen started a Yoga apprenticeship in Sydney in 2000, where she taught yoga for 3 years.
While there she had the opportunity to work with Pre and Post Natal yoga and enjoyed Mums and Babies classes. Having a young family of her own she has personally experienced the benefits of yoga during and after pregnancy.
Previous training has had a strong Iyengar influence. Karen’s class shows a focus on movement with breath, while keeping awareness of alignment.
