Experience a 3 hour class focused on developing the practice alongside, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

About the teacher

Sannyasi Pragyadhara is an accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher and resides and teaches at the Satyananda Yoga Academy in Australia.  She has spent several years living in Satyananda ashrams in India and abroad. In 2005 she completed a Masters in Yoga psychology at the Bihar School of Yoga in Munger, India and has spent time as a resident at Rikhiapeeth, the home of Swami Satyananda.
