Jackie has been teaching Iyengar Yoga for over 30 years and has experience internationally. She holds a Junior Intermediate Level 3 certificate and has studied with the Iyengars' in India; Sth Africa and Australia.
This workshop will be about balance and alignment in Asana movement. "Yoga has beauty and joy for us all to share."
The workshop is suitable for beginners right through to teachers.
The cost is just $45.00 per person.
