After the success of Lances visit to the TYC he will return in January to offer the following workshop:
The Elixir of Yoga Practice for Self Discovery

Friday 15th / Evening intro session 7 -8:30pm $20
Saturday 16th / 11-1 & 3-5 pm $85
Sunday 17th / 11-1 & 3-5 pm $85
Complete workshop 9.5 hours $150
All classes are multi-level (4 x 2hr sessions)
All components or sessions of the whole workshop are sequential, although classes can be taken individually.
Class 1: The Pillars / Building blocks
Class 2: Mobility / Flexibility of Body and Mind
Class 3: Balance and Upper Body Strength
Class 4: Back bends, Twists, Forward Bends and Inversions
