* A 1 hr class which gently and creatively incorporates your baby in each stretch
* Specific stretches are performed while using your baby as a guide, counter balance or weight depending on the stretch.
* A gentle 5 min massage of your baby to soothe, calm and stimulate their digestive system
* Focuses on the use of the pelvic floor and stomach muscles
* Shoulder and back stretches - these areas tend to be neglected with the demands of breast feeding, cleaning, nappy changing etc
* Learn how to follow and use the babies breath as a guide retraining ourselves to breathe deeply again
* Some time is directly aimed at postures for the mother while baby is watching
