As winter really sets in, this is your chance to move the stagnation out of the digestive system and bring some moisture into the connective tissue with 2.5 hours of yin yoga. Building more ‘agni’ in the belly may help with digestion /elimination and improve circulation.
Working on the level of connective tissue (fascia) can help you to become less stiff in your major joints due to dried out connective tissue.
A yin practice also allows you time to enquire and learn about your body/mind interactions.
• Breathe correctly and enjoy some stillness
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Increase circulation
• Improve flexibility
