TYC is holding a few classes during the New Year between the 7th & 18th of January 2019.
Each class will cost $10 per person and all proceeds will go towards the TYC Development Fund.
Have a joy filled Xmas and New Year!

The 2019 timetable is also now available. There is only one change to the times. Curlys class on Wednesday evening will begin at 7: 15pm and not 7:30pm

The 12 x week Term fee will be $100. The casual fee will remain at $15

Yoga Props for Xmas!

These props will make great Xmas presents. Ask your teacher to view or call 0223503891

Dense foam blocks – $22
Bolsters – Round and Rectangular – $93 – We have some beautiful patterned slightly smaller bolsters available now. The rectangular bolster is filled with a lightweight natural kapok. This shape is great if you are a small framed person and they tend to be more stable than the round shape. They also have handles each end for ease of movement.
