Iyengar offer a deeply beneficial introduction to yoga. Focusing on correct alignment to build foundational strength/flexibility, and cultivating body awareness and mental clarity. A variety of props are used to help help achieve poses. This authentic practice has been well researched.

Workshop Details

Iyengar yoga focuses on precise alignment, exploration and attention to detail in each posture. Different props (including the ropes wall) are often used to assist with the varying asana (poses) . It's a  great foundational practice to learn. 


This is a beginner course running for 8 weeks led by Duncan and Pic.
