A pragmatic approach to the nature of mind will be demonstrated by Venerable Dr. Vimokkha. You will be shown how to go inwards in the practice of Samatha and Vipassana -with simple explanations and instructions of the techniques Venerable uses for this practice. Learn how to see into the nature of mind in your everyday activities.
