Blindfolded Yoga, where removing sight deepens awareness and inner connection.
Come curious and leave grounded. This sensory journey challenges your balance, focus, and trust in a whole new way. By removing the vision, the other senses are heightened, giving a new sensory experience.
Please bring a long crepe bandage to wrap around the head/eyes.
