Past Event: Moving into Springtime -Yin workshop. $35 pp

Spring is nearly here! As we change season and things start to bud and warm up- our bodies are wanting to ‘spring clean.” The paired meridians that facilitate this process are the liver and gallbladder. As we work through a variety of asanas, we will focus on spring-cleaning and decluttering the mind/body. Think of new growth and shedding that which is no longer required, serving me or healthy.

A Yin practice allows us plenty of time to explore and really feel the associated sensations of the various asanas in our body’s.

When we explore, focus and stay a while-directing the breath into these various areas -there follows a quieting and calming effect on the mind and a releasing of fascia in the body.
