The evening always begins with being guided into relaxation. This event is for any way of thinking and our commitment is to stay connected to natures principles.
Everything that you will ever hear or any of what you are reading is all my own words nothing is artificially generated. You simply are welcomed into a safe and warm room and are invited to deeply relax and we take care of enhancing your ability to generate a more positive and peaceful feeling within your body. We believe that wellbeing stems from this feeling being a normal way of being in our bodies. We were both formerly trained in Oriental Medicine and for over 20 years our skills were in moving the 'Qi" the vital energy in the body.
