Workshop Details
As we change season & things start to bud & warm up- our bodies are wanting to ‘spring clean.” The paired meridians that facilitate this process are the liver & gallbladder. As we work through a variety of asanas, we will focus on spring cleaning and decluttering the mind/body. Think of new growth and shedding that which is no longer required or healthy.
A Yin practice allows us the time to follow every breath into the layers of the body-the fascia/muscle/tendons ligaments and the organs (primarily the Liver & Gallbladder) and this deep embodiment stills the mind while quietly and gently allowing a very deep release in the body.
