Iyengar yoga focuses on precise alignment, exploration and attention to detail in each posture. Different props are often used to assist with the varying asana (poses) . It's a great foundational practice to learn. This is a beginner course running for 8 weeks led by Duncan and Pic.
Starts 28 January and is not part of the 12 Week Term membership.
